Tony's Original System
Cat Style
The Origin
From Observation to Mastery
After decades of training in Shaolin's Five Animal Styles — with his primary foundation in the Snake Style — Tony Orlando Little turned his attention to a creature most people overlook: the common domestic cat.
He studied how cats move. How they hunt. The coiling patience before the pounce. The silent economy of every motion. The way they absorb impact through total relaxation. The precision of the strike when it finally comes.
Over years of observation and internal refinement, he distilled these qualities into a fighting system unlike any other — one that channels the internal power of Chi through the supple, patient delivery of a cat's hunting techniques. He named it Cat Style.

Core Principles
The Way of the Cat
Stillness Before the Strike
Like the cat that watches, waits, and coils — Cat Style teaches the internal practitioner to be utterly still in mind and body before releasing explosive, precise force.
Chi Through Suppleness
Rigid force breaks. Supple force flows. Cat Style channels the internal power of Chi not through tension but through the relaxed, fluid delivery of energy — the way a cat lands silently from great height.
Patient Precision
The cat does not flail. Every motion has intention. Cat Style drills the practitioner to eliminate wasted movement — each technique a calculated delivery of concentrated internal force.
The Five Animals as Foundation
Cat Style does not stand apart from the Five Animal Styles — it grows from them. Snake, Tiger, Crane, Leopard, and Dragon all inform the Cat. Tony's mastery of each gave him the vocabulary to build something new.
The Lineage
Rooted in the Five Animal Styles
Cat Style did not emerge in isolation. Tony's Snake Style — his primary system — gave him the framework of fluid internal power. His years studying all Five Animal Styles of Shaolin gave him the vocabulary of movement from which Cat Style draws.
